Surah Al-Anbya — Ayah 95 (21:95)

English translation (Saheeh International)

And it is prohibited to [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return¹

1. - They cannot return to this world, nor can they repent to Allāh.

Brief commentary

It is impossible for the people of a village I destroyed due to their disbelief that they return to the world to repent, and that I accept their repentance.
