Surah Al-Fajr — Ayah 24 (89:24)

English translation (Saheeh International)

He will say, "Oh, I wish I had sent ahead [some good] for my life."¹

1. - The everlasting life of the Hereafter.

Brief commentary

He will say out of intense regret: “If only I had sent forth good deeds for my life Hereafter, which is the real life.”
