Surah Al-Furqan — Ayah 51 (25:51)

English translation (Saheeh International)

And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.¹

1. - However, Allāh willed that Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ) be sent as the final messenger for all peoples of the earth until the Day of Resurrection.

Brief commentary

If it had been My will, I would have sent a Messenger to every town, to warn them of Allah’s punishment. But I did not will that. I only sent Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a Messenger to all people.
