Surah Al-Hijr — Ayah 78 (15:78)
وَإِن كَانَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡأَيۡكَةِ لَظَٰلِمِينَ ٧٨
English translation (Saheeh International)
And the companions of the thicket [i.e., the people of Madyan] were [also] wrongdoers,
Brief commentary
The people of Shuayb, who lived in a town surrounded by intertwined trees, were wrongdoers; because of their denial of Allah and rejection of His Messenger, Shuayb (peace be with him).
