Surah Al-Inshiqaq — Ayah 19 (84:19)

English translation (Saheeh International)

[That] you will surely embark upon [i.e., experience] state after state.¹

1. - i.e., various stages, both in this life and in the Hereafter.

Brief commentary

You, O man, will mount one state after another from a drop, then a clot, then a piece of flesh, then life, then death and then resurrection.
