Surah Al-Mu'minun — Ayah 104 (23:104)

English translation (Saheeh International)

The Fire will sear their faces, and they therein will have taut smiles.¹

1. - Their lips having been contracted by scorching until the teeth are exposed.

Brief commentary

The fire will burn their faces. Therein, their top and bottom lips will shrink away from their teeth, due to severe frowning.
