Surah Al-Mu'minun — Ayah 13 (23:13)

English translation (Saheeh International)

Then We placed him as a sperm-drop¹ in a firm lodging [i.e., the womb].

1. - Or "as a zygote."

Brief commentary

Then I created his progeny who procreate, by way of a drop of sperm that lodges in the womb until birth.
