Surah Al-Qari'ah — Ayah 9 (101:9)

English translation (Saheeh International)

His refuge¹ will be an abyss.²

1. Literally, "mother" (a man's original refuge) , which will envelop him as in an embrace.
2. i.e., the pit of Hellfire.

Brief commentary

His abode and permanent resting place will be hell on the Day of Judgement.
