Surah Al-Waqi'ah — Ayah 3 (56:3)

English translation (Saheeh International)

It will bring down [some] and raise up [others].¹

1. - According to their deeds rather than wealth and social position, as is the case in this world.

Brief commentary

It will bring the sinful disbelievers low by entering them into the Fire, and it will raise the mindful believers high by entering them into Paradise.
