Surah An-Naml — Ayah 85 (27:85)

English translation (Saheeh International)

And the decree will befall them¹ for the wrong they did, and they will not [be able to] speak.

1. - Allāh's decree will come into effect upon them, and His promise will be fulfilled.

Brief commentary

And the punishment will befall them due to their disbelieving in Allah and denying His ayahs. They will not speak to defend themselves due to their inability and the falsity of their proofs.
