Surah Ghafir — Ayah 46 (40:46)

English translation (Saheeh International)

The Fire; they are exposed to it morning and evening.¹ And the Day the Hour appears [it will be said], "Make the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment."

1. - From the time of their death until the Day of Resurrection, when they will be driven into it.

Brief commentary

And after their death they will be exposed to the fire at the beginning and end of the day, and on the day of judgment it will be said: “Enter the followers of Pharaoh into the most severe and greatest punishment, due to the disbelief, denial and preventing others from Allah's way.”
