Surah Maryam — Ayah 6 (19:6)

English translation (Saheeh International)

Who will inherit me¹ and inherit from the family of Jacob. And make him, my Lord, pleasing [to You]."

1. - Inherit from me religious knowledge and prophethood.

Brief commentary

He will inherit prophethood from me and inherit from the family of Jacob (peace be upon him), and O Lord, make him pleasant in his religion, character and knowledge”.
