Surah Sad — Ayah 13 (38:13)

English translation (Saheeh International)

And [the tribe of] Thamūd and the people of Lot and the companions of the thicket [i.e., people of Madyan]. Those are the companies.¹

1. - That were defeated, among whom will be the disbelievers of Quraysh and others.

Brief commentary

And Thamud, the people of Lot and the people of Shu’ayb denied. Those are the groups who were all united in their denial of the messengers and disbelief of what they brought.
