Surah Taha — Ayah 16 (20:16)

English translation (Saheeh International)

So do not let one avert you from it¹ who does not believe in it and follows his desire, for you [then] would perish.

1. - From preparation for the Hour or for the Hereafter.

Brief commentary

Do not let those disbelievers who do not believe in it and who follow their unlawful desires distract you from believing in it and preparing for it by doing righteous action and so bring you to ruin on account of it.
