Surah As-Saffat — Ayah 20 (37:20)
وَقَالُواْ يَٰوَيۡلَنَا هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ ٢٠
English translation (Saheeh International)
They will say, "O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense."
Brief commentary
The idolaters who reject the resurrection say, “May we be doomed! This is the Day of Requital on which Allah will requite His servants for whatever deeds they sent forth in their worldly life!”
