Surah Ash-Shu'ara — Ayah 198 (26:198)

English translation (Saheeh International)

And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners¹

1. - i.e., the non-Arabs or those who are not fluent in the Arabic language.

Had we revealed this Qur’ān upon one of the non-Arabs who do not speak Arabic.
