Surah Az-Zumar — Ayah 58 (39:58)

English translation (Saheeh International)

Or [lest] it say when it sees the punishment, "If only I had another turn¹ so I could be among the doers of good."

1. - At worldly life.

Brief commentary

Or it will say when it will see the punishment, wishing: If only I could return to the world and repent to Allah, and be one of those who do good deeds.
