Everything you have written, as one picture.
Notes that sit in a list get forgotten. Universe draws them as a graph — surah by surah, theme by theme — so the connections between what you have studied are something you can see rather than something you have to remember.
You have been building a map of your own understanding. This is where you get to see it.
How it works
Everything you have written, as a graph
Each reflection, ayah and hadith is a point; every tag and quotation between them is a line. Nothing to arrange by hand.
Follow a theme across surahs
Pull on sabr and the canvas shows the seven places you have written about it and the four surahs they came from.
Find what you had forgotten
The clusters that form are the ones you did not plan. That is usually where the next thing to study is.
It builds itself
There is nothing to set up. Write a reflection on an ayah and a node appears, joined to its surah. Memorise a hadith and it joins too. Reference one note from another and an edge is drawn between them. The graph is a picture of work you already did, not a second job.
Clusters form around surahs and around your own tags. Zoom in and the titles appear; tap a node and its workspace opens with what you wrote.
Paths through it
A workspace can sit in a chain: what came before it, what comes after, and what branches off to either side. That is how a study that took six months stays walkable — you follow the path rather than trying to remember the order you wrote things in.
The idea is old. A zettelkasten is a box of linked notes that the scholar Niklas Luhmann used to write far more than seems possible from a lifetime of index cards, and the insight is always the same: the value is in the links, not the notes.
On the phone too
The same graph, the same arrangement, drawn for a touchscreen: pinch to zoom, drag to move, tap to open. A cluster you positioned on the desktop is where you left it.
Questions
- Do I have to organise anything?
- No. The graph is built from your reflections and progress automatically.
- Is this like Obsidian or Roam?
- The same idea — linked notes drawn as a graph — but built around the Qur’an and your hifdh.
